Tennis takes center, or because it is coming from England, centre stage this weekend. NBC (Channels 4, 36 and 39) will televise today’s Wimbledon women’s singles final between Steffi Graf and Gabriela Sabatini on a delayed basis beginning at 8 a.m. The Boris Becker-Michael Stich men’s final airs at 7 a.m. Sunday (delayed) on the same stations.

Baseball: There are two Dodger telecasts this weekend, but they will only be seen by viewers outside a 35-mile radius of Dodger Stadium. Under FCC rules, cable companies must black out TBS’ coverage of tonight’s 7 p.m. and Sunday’s 1 p.m. games between the Dodgers and Atlanta Braves. No blackout worries for KTLA Channel 5, which has an Angels-Texas Rangers game at 5:30 p.m. today. No game on CBS this weekend. ESPN’s 5 p.m. Sunday game matches the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals.

Golf: The ubiquitous Michael Jordan leads the field for the Second Annual Celebrity Golf Championship (1 p.m. today and Sunday, Channels 4, 36 and 39). Washington Redskins quarterback Mark Rypien is the defending champion. Those wanting to see pro golfers play can watch the PGA’s Centel Western Open (3 p.m. today, 1 p.m. Sunday, Channels 2 and 8) and the Kroger Senior Classic (11 a.m. today and Sunday, ESPN).
