TV Slicker: Billy Crystal, the star of this summer’s “City Slickers” movie, is coming back to television. He’ll be the executive producer and writer for a new HBO series he’s created called “Sessions.” The program, which will premiere six episodes later this year, will star Elliott Gould and Michael McKean in a look at one man’s life through encounters with his psychiatrist.
