NEWPORT BEACH : Real Estate Investor Joins Planning Panel
Barry Gross, a real estate investor, will replace James (Buzz) Person on the city’s Planning Commission beginning July 18.
The City Council named Gross, 41, to replace Person, who has served the maximum of two four-year terms, earlier this month.
