Cut! A $13.5-million movie being filmed for the past five months in the Douglas, Ariz., area has stopped production because of budget overruns and union problems, producers said. “Arrowtooth Waltz,” starring Jerry Lewis, Faye Dunaway and Johnny Depp, began shooting in and around Douglas and other parts of southern Arizona in February. The production was scheduled to finish filming by June 4, but instead packed up on July 3.
