Liberal Reforms
While Eastern Europe is struggling with capitalism, it should not throw out the good aspects of socialism. Our vaunted capitalism could easily be on the rocks were it not for many liberal reforms (some would call socialism) such as Social Security, Medicare and many other entitlements.
