TUSTIN : Landscape, Lighting Assessments Go Up
The City Council this week unanimously raised landscape and lighting assessments for more than 12,000 east Tustin residents and business owners.
The fees approved Monday for the Tustin Ranch landscape and lighting assessment district were raised from $36 to $43 per year for residents in single-family homes and from $27 to $33 for apartments and condominiums. The fees for businesses increased from $206 per acre to $261.
The Tustin Ranch landscape and lighting assessment district was established in 1985.
