Legislature OKs Budget, Taxes

I have lived in this state for over 35 years. Once again taxes are being raised to balance the budget. Why doesn’t someone balance the brainpower in Sacramento? Does the average person get another job when he or she runs out of funds? No, they cut back. What logic is there in increasing taxes every time the state runs out of money? At this rate, we are going to end up with a telethon to balance the budget because the state is going to be flat broke due to the ineptitude and stupidity of our esteemed elected officials.
