Reebok International Ltd.: The Stoughton, Mass., athletic-shoe maker said second-quarter net income rose 38% to $60.3 million, while sales increased 30% to $688.3 million. The firm attributed the gains to increased sales momentum in most of its divisions and cost reduction programs initiated last year that are now taking effect.
