N.D. Governor Recovering After Heart Surgery

RAPID CITY, S.D. —
North Dakota Gov. George Sinner was recovering Wednesday from successful heart bypass surgery. Sinner, 63, should recover fully and be able to return to work within four to six weeks, doctors said.
Sinner was in Rapid City to attend the Western Governors Assn. meeting when he suffered chest pains and checked himself into the hospital.
