TriCare Sells Stock, Ponders Next Move

The Minneapolis-based underwriter for TriCare Inc.’s stock offering said it has completed the sale of 1 million shares of common stock for $13.50 a share.

Toby Petersen, first vice president for Dain Bosworth Inc., said that his company has not decided whether to exercise a 30-day option to buy an additional 150,000 TriCare shares for sale to the public.
