Contract Seen for Pratt & Whitney: Pratt & Whitney Co. is expected to win a $9-billion engine contract for the Air Force’s new Advanced Tactical Fighter, the Washington Post reported. The Defense Acquisition Board is to announce the decision next week. But the Justice Department is investigating whether the company used stolen information about the competition to win an earlier engine contract.
