Reebok Loses ‘Pump’ Suit: The athletic shoe manufacturer lost an attempt to block the sale and distribution of a baseball glove that it contends uses its “Pump” technology. Reebok accused its partner in developing the technology, Design Continuum, of divulging trade secrets to Spalding Sports Worldwide, maker of the AirFlex glove. The glove features a built-in air pump and release valve that molds the glove to the wearer’s hand.
