Ford Motor Co.’s Associates Corp. of North America said it named Keith W. Hughes as president and chief operating officer of the Dallas-based financial services subsidiary.

Hughes assumes posts that have been vacant for two years. The former president and chief operating officer, Ronald Krause, retired in 1989.
