Kevin W. Shultz has joined the Los Angeles-based investment banking firm Chanin & Co. as managing director.
Shultz, 37, will head the firm’s new mergers and acquisitions unit for companies with annual revenue of $10 million to $250 million.
Shultz had been a managing director for the investment banking firm Drexel Burnham Lambert Inc. and, before that, a mergers and acquisitions specialist at the consulting firm McKinsey & Co.
