Walnut : College to Name President
The Mt. San Antonio Community College District is expected to announce its new superintendent/president Monday.
John D. Randall, 60, the current superintendent/president, is retiring Aug. 30.
Officials said the new president is from the Napa Valley and was chosen after a national search.
They declined to reveal the new president’s salary until the contract is formally signed later this month.
Mt. SAC, located in Walnut, serves about 41,000 students, many from the Eastern San Gabriel Valley.
