Flamemaster Reports Profit, Revenue Gains

Flamemaster Corp. said its fiscal third-quarter profit climbed 19% from a year earlier on a 9% gain in revenue.

The Sun Valley maker of coatings and sealants said its net income in the quarter that ended June 30 rose to $336,450 from $283,660, and its revenue increased to $1.51 million from $1.38 million.

However, for the first nine months of its fiscal year, Flamemaster’s profit was off 10%, to $559,874 from $622,670 a year earlier, and its nine-month revenue fell 8%, to $3.71 million from $4.05 million.
