NEW SCHOOL NERVES: Everybody remembers those first-day-of-school jitters, and the city of Irvine is offering Mom and/or Dad help. . . . Enrollment has just begun for “Entering a New School,” a night class Aug. 29 for parents to identify their children’s specific fears and address them. . . . The idea came from parents themselves, who repeatedly called City Hall looking for help.
