Fireplace Manufacturers Earnings Up: The Santa Ana manufacturer of metal fireplace systems reported net earnings of $63,124 for the first quarter, contrasted with a loss of $530,000 for the corresponding period last year. Sales for the quarter ended June 30 declined 34%, to $4.2 million from $6.4 million.
