IRA Bomb Kills Soldier

BELFAST, Northern Ireland — A British soldier on patrol in south Armagh was killed Saturday by a bomb, the eighth victim in nine days of escalating sectarian violence in Northern Ireland. The bombing was blamed on the Irish Republican Army.
