Between Graham and His Calvins: Rock music impresario Bill Graham was anything but amused to find himself--more precisely, one of his middle fingers--featured prominently in a Calvin Klein jeans ad. Graham says the layout just inside the front cover of the current issue of Rolling Stone magazine was used without his permission or the photographer’s. The ad’s shot of Graham was taken in 1967 by photographer Jim Marshall during a Jimi Hendrix concert. Marshall said Monday that the Klein company had already agreed to pay him “a substantial out-of-court settlement” after being threatened with a lawsuit. Graham said he plans to seek money from Klein to be given to charity.
