Macy’s to Reorganize Operations: R.H. Macy & Co. is reorganizing its operations but the changes should be invisible to the retailer’s customers. Spokesman Jim Fingeroth declined to give specifics about the plan, saying only that “there may be a new division alignment” of some of the retailer’s current operations. The changes are internal, he said, and will not have a noticeable impact on customers. Some Macy employees may be relocated.
