News From CBS News: Giselle Fernandez, a reporter at the CBS station in Florida and formerly with KTLA here, will move up to the network level in October as the new co-anchor of “CBS Morning News.” Fernandez will replace Victoria Corderi, joining Charles Osgood on the early morning network news show. . . . Connie Chung is subbing for vacationing Paula Zahn this week on “CBS This Morning.”
