2 Injured by Exploding Parcel; Youth Arrested

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. —
A package left on a doorstep exploded when it was opened, wounding a 36-year-old man and his nephew, police said Monday.
Police arrested a teen-ager and charged him with malicious wounding and possession of an explosive device, an officer said. The wounded man and his teen-age nephew were in satisfactory condition at a hospital. No motive for the Sunday blast was given.
