HAIL PROF: Democrat Larry Agran isn’t the only county resident running for president these days. Richard B. Boddie, above, a law and sociology professor from Huntington Beach, claims that he is on the threshold of winning the 1992 presidential nomination of the Libertarian Party at its Chicago convention this week. Delegates vote on Saturday, but Boddie says a delegate count shows that he will win the nomination. . . . Boddie, 52, who teaches at La Verne University, says: “I will be the first black male ever nominated for president.”
