Those Movie Trailers Didn’t Always Talk
Interesting story on movie trailers, but why no comment on trailers that contain moments that never even appear in the finished movie?
In the “L.A. Story” trailer, a bewigged John Lithgow offers Steve Martin some advice about “don’t run, skip,” followed by a shot of Martin frantically skipping to a meeting.
Neither Lithgow’s character nor his advice and its aftermath appeared in the movie.
Hmmmmm. “Naked Trailers Jr.”?
