Preventing Pool Mishaps
Let’s hear it for Joy Picus’ proposal to put alarms on every door leading to a swimming pool, because if this measure is approved, hear it we will. Every residential neighborhood will then enjoy the cacophony of false alarms presently reserved for parking garages.
