Farr Co. has named Charles Wofford, 58, to the additional post of chief executive, succeeding Allan B. Foy, who died last month.
Wofford, 58, joined Farr in July as president and chief operating officer.
The El Segundo-based firm is a leading producer of filters for particulate, liquid and gaseous filtration systems.
