‘Saying No’ to AIDS

Share

In response to “Women With AIDS Face Another Kind of Battle” (Sept. 1): People still just do not get the picture, as with the young 23-year-old woman who contracted AIDS seven years earlier from a young male IV drug user. Her quote was, “I am 23 years old and haven’t done anything to deserve this.”

We are living on borrowed property created by our Maker who gave us absolute rules to live by--some of which were “no adultery and no fornication,” which among others, if not kept cause damage to our body and its health.

If we choose to break His rules, we pay in severe consequences with such as AIDS, etc.

When are we parents going to love our kids enough to teach them the right morals to live by and help them to be able to just say no?
