Plans to develop a recreation area and restore Devil’s Gate Dam will be revealed at a public meeting Wednesday in Pasadena.
Project officials said the meeting will be one of the last opportunities for residents of La Canada Flintridge, Altadena and Pasadena to review and comment on plans developed after a series of community meetings that began last fall.
Don McIntyre, consultant for the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, which is working on the restoration project, will explain the formation of a joint powers authority to oversee the proposed development.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in Morrison Hall at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1757 N. Lake Ave.
