Tax Help for Low-Income Families: The Internal Revenue Service has picked Orange County to launch an experimental bilingual program in Southern California to provide tax assistance for low-income families. The IRS will be sponsoring a free seminar Wednesday in Santa Ana that will target Latino residents. The seminar will cover proper deductions on tax returns. There will also be information on credits for low-income families, how to prepare for an audit and where to get your tax return prepared for free. The seminar will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Corbin Community Center, 2215 W. McFadden Ave., in Santa Ana. The seminar will be presented in Spanish and English.
