2 Dead, 2 Critically Hurt in Family Shooting
A man shot his wife and two children Monday, killing his 13-year-old daughter, before fatally wounding himself, authorities said.
Christina Guzman died of a gunshot wound to the head, said San Bernardino County Deputy Coroner Gabriel Morales. A .25-caliber handgun was recovered at the scene. Her father, Louis Guzman, 34, was pronounced dead later Monday, also of a gunshot wound to the head, Morales said.
Guzman’s 9-year-old son and 36-year-old wife were in extremely critical condition at San Bernardino County Medical Center, said Sherrie Guerrero, a spokeswoman for the Police Department.
