NOT ON BOARD: It’s their job to reduce congestion, but as Rideshare Week began (D9), fewer than half of the 11 O.C. Transportation Authority board members shared a ride to Monday’s meeting. This despite an incentive: Board member Dana W. Reed had told his colleagues that he’d make a $100 charitable donation for anyone who rode the bus or car-pooled.
