Blood tests have ruled out Magic Johnson as the father of a 2-year-old boy who was the focus of a paternity suit, officials in Rockville, Md. said.
The boy’s mother, Lavata Wallace of Gaithersburg, Md., filed a paternity suit last May in an attempt to establish Johnson as the father of Joshua Shaka Wallace, who was born in April 1989.
