INITIALLY WRONG: When James A. Fleming was named superintendent of the Capistrano Unified School District last spring, the wrong fellow got some of the congratulatory calls. Some thought it was James O . Fleming, already superintendent of the Placentia Unified School District. . . . The two recently met. James O. quipped: “I walked up to him and said, ‘Hi, I’m the real Jim Fleming.’ From now on, I’m going to blame all the bad things on him, and take credit for all the good things.”
