Shareholders OK Hollywood Park Reorganization: Hollywood Park Operating Co. and Hollywood Park Realty Enterprises Inc. said the reorganization of the companies had been approved by stockholders. Under terms of the reorganization, Hollywood Park Realty Enterprises Inc. will terminate its status as a real estate investment trust, Hollywood Park Operating Co. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hollywood Park Realty Enterprises Inc. and the paired structure of the companies will be eliminated.
