Rolf S. Andresen has been elected vice president and chief financial officer of financially troubled Pan Am Corp. and its principal subsidiary, Pan American World Airways. Andresen will join the New York firm Oct. 15, 1991, and will be based in Miami at the reorganized company’s headquarters.
