The first office tower in the $1-billion MacArthur Place development in Santa Ana has been completed, and the 11-story building is more than 50% leased. A restaurant and conference center to be operated by the catering firm of Turnip Rose has signed for the ground floor. MacArthur Place, which will include office, residential, hotel, retail, dining and entertainment space, is expected to be built over a 10- to 15-year period.
