SMALL FACES: Upset about shoddy audio and video bootlegs of his 1988 solo concert at the Hollywood Palladium, the Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards is releasing the real things Nov. 26. Virgin Records will also release a limited edition of 10,000 numbered box sets that will include the video, CD, cassette and illustrated booklet. Yours for just $39.96. . . . There was a Jersey reunion at Asbury Park’s Stone Pony club Sept. 26 when local son Southside Johnny shot the video for “It’s Been a Long Time,” the first single from his upcoming “Better Days” album. Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi and Steve Van Zandt (who produced and co-wrote most of the album) joined Johnny in a raucous two-hour show, with the Boss and Van Zandt appearing in the video. The album--featuring two vocal appearances and one song written by Springsteen--is due Oct. 29.
