GM, Strikers Come to Terms: Auto workers reached a tentative agreement with General Motors Corp. to settle a strike at two parts facilities that threatened production at GM assembly plants. Local 696 of the United Auto Workers Union had gone on strike Friday at two GM brake-making plants in Dayton, Ohio. The union represents 3,300 workers.
