Dodgers Redefine Playoff Ticket Policy

Dodger season ticket-holders who paid for playoff game tickets will either be issued refund checks or they can request that the club apply the money toward their 1992 season tickets, the Dodgers announced in a letter to season ticket-holders.

In a letter sent in August, the club indicated that if the Dodgers did not qualify for the playoffs, money sent for playoff tickets would automatically be credited to season ticket-holders’ 1992 accounts. A refund option was not offered.

This week’s letter stated: “Your postseason credit will be applied to your 1992 season tickets, or, if you prefer, a refund check for the above amount will be issued.”
