Gay Culverhouse, daughter of the Tampa Bay Buccaneer owner Hugh Culverhouse, said she has hired a lawyer to research how to force a change in the bylaws of the prestigious Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club in Tampa because women are barred as voting members.
