NCAA record-setting freshman running back Marshall Faulk of San Diego State was discharged from the hospital, six days after suffering a collapsed lung and fractured ribs in a game against New Mexico.
Faulk, who set the NCAA single-game rushing record with 386 yards against Pacific last month, will miss the Aztecs’ game tonight at Texas-El Paso.
