Court Matter: A federal judge in Salt Lake City on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit filed by the parents of a 19-year-old woman who died after being crushed by a surging crowd at an AC-DC rock concert in January. The judge said the suit was improperly filed in federal court because one plaintiff and one defendant are from the same state. An attorney called it a “procedural matter” and said he would refile the suit.
