Emissions Monitoring Firm Wins Contract: KVB, an Irvine concern that monitors emissions from power plants, said it has won a contract worth as much as $2.8 million to monitor two plants for Indianapolis Power & Light Co. KVB, a subsidiary of publicly held Air & Water Technologies Corp., said the contract was one of the first awarded under the requirements of the 1990 Federal Clean Air Act amendments.
