Pope May Visit Mexico for Third Time in 1992

MEXICO CITY —
Pope John Paul II may make a third visit to Mexico next October, the daily Excelsior reported Wednesday.
The newspaper quoted the papal representative in Mexico as saying the Pope might make a one-day visit to Mexico during a tour of the region next year to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Christianity in the Americas.
