Wynn’s International Inc.: The Orange supplier of automotive air conditioners, sealing products, petrochemical specialty products and builders’ hardware said third-quarter net income declined 52% from a year ago, to $766,000, or 21 cents per share, from $1.6 million, or 42 cents per share, in the 1990 third quarter. Sales dropped 4%, to $69 million from $71.7 million. Net income for the first nine months of the year was $2.8 million, or 77 cents per share, down 43% from the $4.9 million, or $1.27 per share, posted a year ago. Sales fell 2%, to $209.2 million from $212.7 million. James Carroll, president and chief executive, said, “Our third quarter earnings reflect the extremely weak economy and the precarious condition of the U.S. automotive industry.”
