The late George Allen will be honored today by the Cal State Long Beach Associated Students Inc. for his support of the college community. During the 2 p.m. ceremony, which will include former players and faculty members, a permanent showcase of Allen memorabilia will be dedicated. Cutting the ribbon will be Allen’s daughter, Jennifer Allen.
