North Dakota Governor Says He Won’t Run Again

BISMARCK, N.D. — Gov. George Sinner, who won election as a dark-horse Democrat seven years ago, said Thursday that he will not seek reelection next year. The 63-year-old governor, who underwent heart bypass surgery in July, said his reasons were personal.
