SUE ME, SUE YOU: A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled last week that David Lee Roth was not responsible for hearing damage allegedly suffered by a fan at a mid-’80s concert by the rocker at the Forum in Inglewood.

But a similar suit concerning a Roth concert is still pending in Hollywood, Fla., as is another from a David Bowie concert at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island. The Florida suit asks for $300,000 from the Hollywood Sportatorium, while the Long Island plaintiff is asking for a $5-million award from Nassau County, which owns the facility there.

Also on the docket:

* Moody Blues keyboardist Patrick Moraz has filed a $500,000 lawsuit against the veteran British rock group in Los Angeles Superior Court for allegedly refusing to allow him to appear with the band on the group’s 1991 tour.
