Charter Oak District Gets $12,500 Grant
Charter Oak Hospital in Covina has provided a $12,500 grant to match funds allocated by the Charter Oak Unified School District for drug, alcohol and tobacco education.
The hospital coordinates its grant-giving program with Straight Talk Inc., a nonprofit agency that brings psychology interns into the schools.
